Trauma Week Day 4
The sheriff's floatilla shared many stories on how rescue and recoveries went throughout their career. The two people that came in were a man and a woman who had been in the flotilla for many years. The man who had been in the floatilla for about 50 years told stories of search and rescues that he went on as well as many recoveries he was a part of. They explained that it was a volunteer job and it was well funded by the County of Mobile. And while not many notes were physically taken during their time at St. Luke's, everyone in the room was progressively getting more into the stories as they went on. They shared the funny scenarios, they shared the sad scenarios, and they shared the gruesome scenarios.
