Mobile, Alabama Police Chief

The resident chief of the Mobile, Alabama police, Paul Prine, came and spoke to us about his three main points that he has at his department. First, there was attitude, he spoke about how attitude was one of the most important things a police officer can have. Second, there was presentation, the way the police present themselves is extremely important while they are out on the streets, they need to seem tough. Third, there was consistency, people that have joined the police need to be consistent at all times, they need to seem like they are in complete control of any situation they are put in daily.
